can anyone tell me if the bent bolt of a 91/30 pu sniper rifle will work in a m38

Which m38 are you talking about, the m38 mosin-nagant carbine, or the m38 swedish mauser?

Then the answer is, Yes, but within the normal limits of machine tolerance and achieving correct headspace; in other words, all bolts will not fit all rifles and close on a round, or a particular combination could have too much headspace.
