Yesterday I went to my local gun store to buy a Cooper 6.5 x 284 custom rifle. Well I get there only to find the gun had been sold.:( To make matters worse.:( The guy who bought it was still filling out the paper work on it. He told me if I would have been there 5-minutes sooner? I could have beat him too it.:(
I guess if you snooze you loose. I am looking for a new Cooper 6.5 x 284 on the net. If I order one from Cooper it will be 7 to 12-months before I get it.:(

Same thing happened to me about 3 months back I thought about and thought about buying a Model 70 featherweight in 257 roberts and finally decided and then drove down to the local gunshop. The owner of the shop told me I was a day late on that one....
