New Gun! 220
 

Bought a Savage 220 slug gun.

Now I need to figure out which scope, was thinking of the Nikon Slug Hunter, guy behind the counter recommended the Leupold Ultimate Slam which I liked.

2-7x33
or
3-9x40


Could someone please blue book a gun value for me?
Benelli Black Eagle Slug 12ga., believe it's the black eagle and not super black eagle.

I don't "need" one, but I want one.

I have the slug hunter and love the scope, the BDC reticle at range are right on.
Was so impressed, bought another Nikon for the muzzle loader with the BDC reticle.

I have no personal experience with the Leupold but here it's a fine scope also.

Are you shooting 12ga or 20ga? 3" or 2 3/4"

how far out to have you checked the circles?

I have the 220 as well, I put on a Leupold VX-II 3-9x40 with Deadnutz medium one piece mount
