Switching Win 1300 barrels.
 

I have two Winchester model 1300 shotguns with interchangeable slug barrels. My question is, would it matter if I put the slug barrel that came with one gun on the other one? The only reason I ask is because when I got my h&r .243 fitted for a muzzle loading barrel they had me send in the receiver so they could fit the barrel to the receiver. I was just wondering if it really matters. Also, I am not asking if they will shoot the exact same, just asking if there is any safety issue.

Yes, your 1300 barrels are interchangable. The H&R is a completly different type of arm.
