slug guns
 

I need help picking one. Im looking to but a slug gun. Going to ohio next year and need a slug gun and I would just like to have one. So my question is what to get? Want somthing I can put a nice scope on but want to stay under or around 400 for the gun. Any help would be great. thanks guys and gals.

i use my mossberg 500 you can get 1 with a slug barrel and a scope for 279

Mossberg 500 with the rifle/cantilever barrel, and money to spare for a quality scope

A tack driver would be the H&R Ultra Deluxe but this is a single shot, also money to spare for a quality scope

either one would serve you well, I do love the 20ga. with todays high performance slugs

savage 22o will out shoot all of them its barrel is threaded just like a rifle.matter of fact its built like a rifle same barrel nut as the savage 110.spend a little more youll be happy its a 200 yd slug gun

I shoot a Marlin 512 Slugmaster. I bought it in NH quite a few years ago, so there may be some used ones around. They are not made any more. Mine prefers sabots in the 1300-1600 fps range. It shoots very tight groups with Brenneke KO Sabots.
