Savage Strikers

I just got a savage striker model 516fsak in the 7mm-08 and was just wondering if anyone else had one or ever shot one. I' m just curious i haven' t shot mine yet. i was also wondering what would be a good scope to put on it.

Your gonna love it! Shoot excellent and you picked a great cal. to shoot and hunt with.Mine is topped with a burris 2x7 scope,but i geuss leupold would also be good.I am shooting winchester ballistic silver tips in 140 gr.Have killed 3 deer and an antelope out to 200 yards.The key to good accuracy is a good solid rest.Good luck and happy shooting

Do you handload? I have a execelent whitetail load for the 7mm-08 that I use for my Encore! Let me know if you want the load...;)
