I'm looking for a cheap 22 rifle to leave in my truck I want it to have iron sights and a clip I looked at a savage bolt action at walmart but don't know about it any sugestions on what to get. I want to spend under 200 bucks. Thanks:sign0004::party0005:

Have a good look at a Marlin. Their semi auto is also a fine rimfire and in your price considerations. They are quite accurate as well.

hard to find a 22 with a clip...marlin does make some with a magazine..i like the henry 22 lever action myself..holds like 25 shorts and somethin like 20 longs. gl

A new Ruger 10-22 (Plain-Jane version) sells for just over $200 at the local Walmart, and good used ones can easily be found under $200. 10 round clip, iron sights, and reliable.
