My stock is not loose, but the forearm is. Could this be the problem? I don't have a torque wrench that will work for torquing it, but I tightened it as tight as I could by hand. Actually even had the stud bolt snap off, and it just won't get tight. I have an extra forearm and if I put it on it is the same way. It's no way to get it tight. Could that be the problem?

I've checked the scope mounts. I checked the base and the rings, and even changed the scope. Nothing else I can think of. Barrel looks good inside from the end I can see it. Actually looks great, but since I can't see the chamber end I can't see what the lands look like. Other than that I can't think of anything that could be an issue.

So how do I fix this? What does it need to be torqued to anyway? The problem is that nothing holds the forearm on the receiver end. It's just the sling stud screw and that's it holding it on. So at the receiver end where it has nothing holding it except for on the other end it will move up and down. Is there a fix to this? I thought maybe I crushed the wood in the forearm when I overtightened the sling bolt trying to get it tight, however, I bought another forum and it's got the same issue. Is there a way to fix this? I've also read online that this is a very common issue with these guns.
