No stigma to being cross dominate . I've shot that way my whole life. Rifle, shotgun lefthanded pistols righthanded but sighted to the left eye . The Weaver stance fixes the goofy across the chest thing. I took up the bow which I shoot righthanded after I suffered blood pressure issue related vision detieration in my left eye . I shoot mostly both eyes open as I never have been able to wink the left 1.

My youngest boy drove the sargents nuts he's a lefty but right eyed shoots both ways.

If you have done a lot of shooting right handed then it's hard to switch to shooting left handed. However the best solution to left eye dominant is to learn to shoot left handed.....

If you're young....say in your teens or twenties....force yourself....you'll be glad you did years later.

If you are older.....put a patch over your left eye and force your brain to sight with the right eye.....

Shooting both eyes open does not help if you're right handed and left eye dominant!

With both eyes open, adjust crosshairs of POI onto the bullseye.................Done !
