Commemorative Ruger 22 semi auto pistol.
 

I just received news that Ruger in July will be releasing their 22 semi auto pistol(mod # ?) to commemorate W.B. Ruger. It was announced it the local newspaper where Ruger is located in Newport NH.These guns will be around 339.00. 25.00 from each one sold will go to the NRA' s Endowment program.So it' s for a good cause.The 22 semi auto was chosen since it' s what Sturm, Ruger was founded on.The article also said that NRA Members will be targeted for sales of this commemorative.Davidson' s and Gallery of Guns will be the distributors.I' m not sure if there was going to be a limited number made or answer the demands for this little jewel.These will be made at the Ruger facility in Prescott AZ.

I would like the 50th anniversary single six commemerative myself, haven' t seen the semi yet.
