That precisely the point.

Oh, i understand that. But with that kind of profit margin i should be looking into buying GM stock instead of talking trade/sale with them.

My dad has a bunch of mennonite neighbors who are a good market for used guns. will probably shop them with them instead of spending the day at a sale. but i just wanted to hear what folks had to say about the price on them as well as dealing with Gander Mountain.

What model of Glennfields are they? Auto or bolt action? These can make a difference. I would be guessing any where from $80 to $100 sold out right would be a fair price from the info you have given..

For as far as the Ruger 10/22 they are being sold new at Cabelas right now for $80 to $100 so I wouldn't expect that much for that one..

Phil,

It is a Glenfield semi-auto. The new 10/22's at Gander mountain are up around $200.

Luckydog: Why do you act so cruel toward me in public but then send me PM's wanting me to come over to your place and watch gladiator movies and practice Graeco-Roman wrestling holds on each other? Please don't send me any more unitard wrestling outfits because i am not gonna model them for you on computer camera. Sorry.

You are right Lance I was looking at the different stocks, rather than the rifles themselves.. Sorry about that...

I am interested in the Marlins if you really want to get rid of them. Send me some pics and an idea of what you are thinking of for them and we will see what we can do.

I just traded a marlin semi-auto tube feed .22 to a local gunshop and got $75 for it with a cheapo scope on it. I was trading for a .22 revolver so I think you should be able to get around that for it outright seeing how mine wasn't lnib but in very good usable shape. Do you have any ma and pa shops near you? Sometimes they will be pretty fair on trades.

Again, I am very interested in the Marlins if you wish to sell. Need a couple .22's for my boys to learn on.
