One of our sons was a "Lefty" I purchased an Ithaca (bottom eject)
that way they could all use it, also it is a nice gun, Doc

Remington Lefthand 870. It is only 3in chamber but that is all you need.

Being left handed the Ithaca 37 would be my top choice.

You can also go with:

Pump
Browning BPS, LH Remington 870,

Semi-auto
LH Remington 11-87 (used), Benelli M2, Benelli Super Black Eagle II, Benelli Montefeltro, or a Charles Daly Field Hunter.

Plus 1 for the BPS.
Plus 1 for the Itheca 37.
Plus 1 for the O/Us.
My youngest boy is a switch hitter he's left handed and at 20 after shooting for nearly 15 years and joining the Army he still can't settle on right or left.
I'm thinking about a Remington Sparton or the very similar Charles Daley O/U for myself being a left eyed righty.
