buying firearms now.....
 

i have a question that i was hoping someone here may be able to shine some light on the situation for me. everytime i baught a new gun its always been yes no no no etc but last winter i got in a scuffle and was arrested, it went through the system for a few months, long story short i wasnt convicted. will this cause problems for me now when i buy a new gun? thanks in advance

well, as i recall, the question asked on the form is "Have you ever been convicted......? " So your honest answer would be NO

you should not have a problem. but who knows. I have a cwp. an a state inspections lic. an i still get delaided 5hrs. to a day on background check. would not have these lic if i was a felon
