Win M-100 Operating Guide Assy. problem

I have a Winchester Model 100 (308) with a broken operating guide. Any tips for welding this guide?

That' s bad news Fozzdik :(

I went through this a couple months ago. There ARE no more parts of this nature available, so it has to be welded. Mine broke right in the crook, an inch before the bolt pin. I took it to a local welding shop, showed them how it fit together and they TIG welded it back together. They did a nice job too - everything fit back together perfectly. I' ve put about 40rds (and 1 dead hog) through it since and it has held up well.............so far.
