Ive read on other forums that titanium actions are not as smooth as steel. ???

Eastmans' just include the rem700 in their gun test amongst like 10 different rifles, from savage to HS.

They rated the rem700 5/5 stars in 3 out of the 5 categories, and 4.5/5 stars in the other two.

It was one of the best of the test for overall quality... the HS and blaser rated the best, but they're $1000 more...
