taxes for a online gun purchase.
 
If I buy a gun online do I pay sales tax when I pick it up at my ffl and do the transfer paper work or is it no tax since it is bought online out of state.

Yep, you will pay sales tax when you do the transfer. At least here in California, but its different in every state...you might try out that new fancy thing called GOOGLE...

tried everything I found was how the govt wanted to impost sales tax for online purchases most from 2003

Not here in MO unless the gun shop resides in the same state..
Pay gun total and shipping cost. My FFL is a friend and doesn't charge me.

In Indiana you would pay sales tax if a new gun purchase or if tax is imposed from another dealer on a used outfit. Sorry, :violin:Indiana tax laws:busted:
