NEF/H&R Pardner Extra Piece?

Hello, so I went down and bought a new shotgun today, H&R/NEF Pardner Pump Protector. Everything looks good, seems fine so far (I'll try it out maybe this weekend), but there's this little extra piece in the box and I have no clue what it is.

Any ideas?

Choke tube wrench and pin punch. At least it has that appearance.

That looks to be a combo tool for your gun. Probably like Carpmaster said, choke wrench and maybe a safety lock tool, or pin punch?
