how old where you before you shot your first gun.
i shot a shotgun a few times when i was about 13 or 14. My uncle let me shoot his 9mm glock when i was about 14. Shot my dads 10/22 when i was about 9 or 10. After 14 i did not fire another round till i was almost 19. Then Ars pistols. Hopefully soon i can get me a 50bmg and put that one behind me :arms:

Started with firearms at 12, 18 now. I was quick to scour sources of all types, learning anything and everything I could about hunting and shooting.

First time I shot was about 10. My first gun was a Stevens .410. All the friends got .22's but dad wouldn't let me get one. I got pretty good at killing squirrels, partridge and bunnies.

Don't remember the first gun I shot some 40+ years ago. I know my I got my first Red Ryder for my 5th birthday. I still love The Christmass Story! I got my Grandpas single 20 for my 8th birthday and have pictures of my first rabbit and squiral that year. Still have the 20 in the gun cabnet. But it's my son's now. He got it on his 8th birthday too.

12 or 13.
We actually weren't allowed to have guns. No real place to hunt or shoot safely then. Still, I snuck outside with my dads .22 when he was at work one day.
That rifle seemed so loud compared to my bb gun!
