Ruger 77/22 Mag???? Scope????
 

I think I have decided on purchasing a ruger 77/22 in .22 mag, blued w/ walnut stock. I am now trying to decide upon a good scope. I want a 3-9 power and my budget is 200 dollars or less. Also does anyone care to comment on my choice of gun, I want to shoot crows, squirrels, coyotes, and tin cans. I live in the country and my neighbors don' t mind a .22 lr cracking off randomly, but will they notice a .22 mag? Also should i be concerned about accuracy with this setup or will I be ok inside 100 yards?

By the way I found one at gunsamerica.com brand new for 350 dollars, does anyone have any expirience with gunsamerica.com? I have put in an inquiry with the seller and asked for pictures and what not, my cousin had goodluck going through gunsamerica to buy a belgium A-5 so i would figure that I would give the site a try. 350 is the best price yet.
