Stevens 311 and 5100
 

Okay so I bought a 5100 in 16 gauge for a shooter. Had the right barrel lengths and chokes I wanted so all was great. Then one of the firing pin holes broke out and the pin would not fully strike the primer. Can't find a 5100 receiver in 16 gauge. Question is this: Will my 5100 barrels fit on a 311 receiver in the same gauge. I might even buy a 311 with different length barrels and chokes if this would work and I could salvage some of what I have left.
