what gun has the most recoil?
 

Out of every rifle or shotgun ever made I was wondering what has the most recoil. I have a 30-06 springfield and it kicks like a pansy. I wanna gun that will dislocate my shoulder everytime I shoot it. I wanna gun that will bruise my shoulder and turn it purple.

Get a 12 guage that will shoot 3 1/2 magnum shells...... you won' t be disappointed with the recoil & when you come to your senses, you can still load it down & have a nice shotgun!!

I' ve got a rem 600 in 308 that' ll turn you sideways if you shoot 180gr' s out of it.

I think a 700nitro is the champ. Really put hair on your chest I hear. Well over 100ft-lbs of energy on your shoulder. To put in perspective. I believe my 300RUM pushes 32ft-lbs. Which is close to slug gun.

Try these for starters.460 Weatherby Mag, 458 Winchester mag.The 375 Holland & Holland is no slouch either.454 Casull is another one you need to hang on to.

The 577 T Rex is a beast from what I saw in the videos of it. That thing would make a fine squirrel rifle.

.577Tyrannosaur or eight bore, both of them are really heavy hitters for sure, I' ve shot the .577trex, and can vouch for it' s power, I shoot .458' s, win and Lott, and .416 rigby' s, along side lighter kicking .45-70+p and .375H&H almost everyday, and the trex was more than I' d ever want to shoot more than twice. Version I shot was a cousins of mine, with two merc. reducers un-Godly heavy anyway, with a Pachymar butt stock pad, and a past pad on my shoulder and my bull riding vest (same stuff as a bullet proof vest--mines rated to stop a 9mm), and I still wouldn' t want to shoot it more than a couple rounds at once.

I' ve had a .458,.375H&H etc. and nothing kicked like the old H&R 10ga. mag.
I put 3 rounds through it and sold it.
The only gun I have ever owned that I couldn' t take the recoil.

You ain' t kiddin there. Those things were just too light for a 10. Even some of the older 12s are bad with heavy loads. I think the newer models are a bit heavier.
