Just got my June issue of American Hunter.On page 25 is a book titled "Traveler's Guide to the Firearms Laws of the Fifty States".You can getit at www.nrastore.com or by calling 1-(800) 607-6007 for $13.95 .That should help.It covers everything including the 2009 National park laws and interstate transport of firearms.
