Well it' s not actually a " blow back law" per say. The ATF has a list of " points" that guns must have or not have to be legal to import. You have to have so many good points to get imported. I don' t know the list off the top of my head but the Glock 25 & 28 do not make the list. I' ll try and find the list of " points" when I get the chance....
