Of the rifles you have identified the Weatherby Vanguard will be the most accurate out of the box, particularly if you go with the SUB-MOA (sub-minute of accuracy) model, and comes with an accuracy guarantee and the target it was test fired with at the factory. However, if current models have the same safety as mine, which I bought four years ago, it will not meet your requirements in that catagory
