Personally for 200 and under I like the 35 rem. Anything over I use a .308. I used to solely hunt pig with a 44 but had to pass on further shots. It's pretty easy to get within 200 so the 35 is just right for me. I hunt deer and pig at the same time, so if over large fields the 308 is my buddy.

anythain pretty much,iv seen people kill pigs with 22 mags
