Does anyone know if Remington is discontinuing its Premier Green rifle ammo in favor of its new Premier Copper Solid?

Alot of companies are moving that way. There are rumors that the powers to be want any and all lead bullets discontinued. Same BS as steel shot for waterfowl.

Okay, I talked at length with Remington customer service. The fellow I spoke with didn't at first know about the change, but after doing some checking he concluded that Remington Premier Green cartridges, which used Lapua Naturalis bullets, have been discontinued in favor of a pure Remington product called Premier Copper Solid. Lapua cartridges with the Naturalis bullets are available in .243 Winchester, 30-06 Springfield, .300 Winchester Mag, .308 Winchester, and a couple of others, but not in 7mm Remington Mag, which was part of the Remington Premier Green line.
