recoil 7mm08 vs .243
 

Howmuch of difference in recoil.I'm currently shooting a Marlin in .35rem,so if you could give me a comparison I would appreciate it
Also I know that the 7mm08 kicks more than the .243 but how much more?

According to the Chuck Hawks recoil tables:

I own a 243 and have shot several rounds out of an 08. If i had to put a number to it i would say the 08 felt about 30% more than the 243.
For comparison the 08 was only slightly more than my 30-30 (not sure if you've shot one but since it's so common i thought i would throw that in there)

C'mon its a .308 brother...it has no recoil....

.308, 7mm-08, .243,

I think just about any 12yo could shoot it any with ease.

.308 starts to get just a little more stout. For comparison purposes, here are the stats from Chuck Hawks:
