New .22 Rifle

I getting a new .22 and wanted some imput on which one you think is good. I'm thinking about a Savage MKII BV. Super accurate, and sweet trigger. I kind of like bolt actions, but anyone know about the Remington 597?

Looking for a new 22 myself...something not to break the bank and has to be bolt action due to hunting laws here.

Get the savage the 597 is kind of a crap shoot to get a good one and most people get the crap and no shoot. Run a google search for the 597's reviews.
