Citrus orange cleaner worked well on the metal. Had to spray and scrub several times. Did notdo well on the wood.
Mayo did the job on the wood except for one small spot.
Kinda thought statjunk was kidding on the mayo, but it did good.
Looking like a new gun now. Thanks again.

I know what you mean. Made me want a ham sandwich when I found out about that one. Glad it worked for you.
