how to mount sling to synthetic 870?

I have a synthetic870 with the rifled cantilever barrel and would like to add a sling. I see uncle mikes offers a replacement cap for the front but what is everybody using for the back mount? I also use this gun with the other barrel for upland hunting so I would like to be able to remove the swivels and sling easily if possible. Any suggestions or pictures would be great. thanks in advance.

I don't have the synthetic stock. I have the wood instead but I'd assume you'd mount them the same way as buddies with the 11-87's in synthetic have theirs mounted the same way. Anyway, just drilled into the stock and mounted the sling like normal. I had a gun shop install mine and for the parts for the front and rear mounts and install they charged me a whopping $3. For the front they didn't replace the cap. It already had a hole in it so they put a mount through it that had a short screw then put a nut on the inside. Works well and swivels too. I'm not sure why people buy that expensive replacement cap when you can do the same thing to yours. I'd take it to a gun shop and just have them install it. Shouldn't cost too much.
