Unfortunately your 7mm setting will be diffrent than my 300WM setting, and I think it would also be slightly different than say if we both had a 300WM as both rifles will have slightly different harmonics. The guide is a starting point. I would just try to say go from 3 to 2.5 and then to 3.5 and see which direction gets tighter, then say go from 3.5 to 4.0 and see if it gets even tighter and so on to finally fine tune it. The muzzle break and a nice recoil pad help those long sessions :) Now I need something to help the wallet feel the impact.
