Sako AV 25.06
 

Have a Sako Av 25.06 that I am thinking about selling or trading.Really good shape, beautiful wood,has a set of Buhler engraved rings and bases.Also has a tasco 6X24x40 mil-dot scope that I put on it just to check it out with.New lee dies. About 100 rounds of new winchester brass.I think I have some where around 100 or so 85 sierra 85 grain game king BTHP and the same amount of Hornady 117 inter locks with cannalure.Will be shipped in hard plastic case.Take a $1000 for all or might be willing to trade for bull barrel Would like to get a Winchester laredo in 7 mm stw or maybe a Rem. P.S.S. in .223 or .308.Also have a 870 special purpose 12 gauge with 28" barrel with rem choke and just one choke (mod.)I'll take $175 for.Will post pics or E-Mail them if interested.

I have a Winchester Laredo in 7mmSTW in excellent condition. Awesome rifle.I'm just not sureI'm ready to part with it yet.Can you email me pics of you Sako?

Just got to see post.Am heading for work will send pics this P.M.Can't make up my mind .Traded a Laredo in 7mm STW for the SAKO to begin with ........................:eek:.Does yours have rings, Mounts Maybe scope?

Alton, If I were you I would look for a Remington Sendero in 7mm STW instead of the Winchester the Remington will shoot alot better I know I have owned both btw dont take less than 1200.00 for the Sako she is A jewel... Chad

Thanks Chad .I Think I am getting crazy as a schoolgirl in my old age .Can't seem to make up my mind what I want...LOL. I believe I am just going crazy as a S***house rat.First I get the Laredo then I let it go to you ,Then I want another one .Been looking for a Sendro both are tough to find in my area.Might just bite the bullet and have something built.One of my best buds just passed. Ex Navy Seal with 3 tours across the pond.He was the first one to start building them around here when you still had to use 8mm Rem.mag brass or .340 Roy's Kinda like to have another in his honor.BTW how do you like the Buhlers? Man those things are a b1tch.First rings I ever had to use a caliper on.

Alton the rifle looks as good as when I shipped it if you want a 7mm stw that will shoot look for a Sako TRG-S I picked one up off of Gunbroker that it will shoot an honest 7/8"@ 200 yds. with 150 gr. Sierra Gamekings it has a 26" barrel I might know where one is for sale if you are intrested e-mail me [email protected] chad
