Omega - Favorite Load Combination
 

I just got my new scope put on my omega last weekend and I had the opportunity to try it out. I really liked the Nikon Omega Scope. I was shooting 250 grain Shockwave Sabots backed by two 50 grain pellets of 777. Now I just need to practice, practice, practice. Guys that have an Omega what's your favorite load combination? I will be using my muzzy for deer hunting.

Iam shooting the 45cal omega and shoot 100 grains of 777 and the 195gr powerbelt and it is flat to 125yards and only 3 inches low at 175yards, if yours is a 50 cal Id go to 150grains of powder or drope your sabots to 225gr

I have a 50 cal omega , it likes 90 grains of black mag , and 240 grain xtp's it drops um fast

My omega likes the 245 grain Knight (barnes) spitfire boattail with blue sabot over 100 grains 777 fff loose. The deer I shot don't.
