RE: Remington 3inch magnum sluggers
Thanks for the post matt, the funny thing is, i was considering the H&R slug gun, I like single shots, and i could fire those brenekkes or lightfield sabots out of it up to 130yards, man that would be a tack driver with my leupold, (i got it used for 200-) with rings, those H&R' s are relatively inexpensive right matt?

Yes 1213 the H&R' s are what I would consider inexpensive. I bought my Deluxe 12 gauge in ' 93 or ' 94 (i think) for about $170, 4X scope was $69 so w/tax it was only about 250 total.
The Standard 20 gauge that I bought for one of my sons a couple of weeks ago was $212 with tax. I got some new Simmons 1" scope rings at auction for $13 and hope to have a Simmons ProDiamond scope for it (maybe today). I will only settle for the ProDiamond scope. It works great as a " range finder" cause the Pro Diamond equals 14" @ 40 yards. If we both have the same scope then if we ever switch guns the scope power and " sighting system" will be the same.
