Just wondering if what you meant to ask was what is the oldest self contained cartridge that is still around today and made the jump to smokeless powder? take care.

how about oldest/still in production?
I know the .375H&H is over 100 years I believe...... .30-30 is very old too .30-06.....I think is coming up on 100yrs or just had it..... |

Wild to think that the .375H&H is almost 100yrs old and still on top of its game.....same with the .30-06....
.30-30 still a strong one...... .45-70 is way old and still pretty active from what I know. wonder about today's popular rounds which will be around in another 100yrs? course we may be using laser beams by then right? |
