all guns like different brands, loads and chokes. My 870 super mag loves a Madd Maxx .665 choke and Win HV Supremes 2 oz, 5 shot. 4 shot will extend your range only if they pattern well in your gun. 4 shot would not shoot at all out of my gun and the 2oz patterned waaaaay better than the 2 1/4oz loads. If you keep your shots inside of 35 yds about any full choke will do the job.
