Guns are tricky. In all likelihood you will recieve minimal coverage unless you document all your firearms and specific upgrades with your insurance company before hand.

I don't know what the insurance rate today is for insuringguns. I know years ago it was 2.00 per 100.00. I'm sure today it would cost allot more then it did 25 years ago.

oilpatchpride, yes it's a factory gun. I believe Rugermade a small run with some Turkish walnut they use on the M77 Africans. This one is chambered in 270 Win. and I feel very lucky to have rescued it.

I own an early model Weatherby Lazermark which I have always thought to have some of the most beautiful factory wood I have seen on a weapon, until now. That stock is truly gorgeous! Thanks for posting such a nice firearm.

Do what I did, go buy a cannon fire resistant safe for $600.
