I have nothing but love for my Savage. It's an old 112J Savage in 22-250. My next new rifle buy will probably be another Savage. I love my brother's package-series 270. It's just a great shooter for the money.

The best gun. Why that would have to be the Marlin 336 in 30-30 and the 1895 in 444 Marlin and the 45-70. Also the Marlin 30-30 Cowboy without a Scope.

Oh, Second would be my Savage Model 24 in 22 Hornet / 20 guage.
