Without a doubt 243 model 788.Yes its quite old but never missed fired and when i hit the deer or anything else hogs even they drop in there tracks.

Fellers, I ain't got no intentions of giving up ANY of my guns during my lifetime. They're like a harem, I lov'em all! I, therefore, couldn't vote because there wasn't an option of __NONE. If the question was: If you could have only one gun, what kind and caliber would it be? I'd probably answer: A Remington 700XCR in 25-06

One gun? WOW! That's a hard but i would pick my latest purchase which took me 4 months to find brand new in the box. She is my new main squeeze:D, Winchester Model 70 Classic Super Grade III in a 300WSM. I'm in love. From deer to moose, I'm set.

Winchester is not making the Model 70 anymore, but there are rumors that Browning will make it, since Winchester sold the rights to Browning.

I guess Browning will justreduceWinchester to being justan ammo company.
