Its a hard decision, my 30-30 is awesome, no recoil, does what I need it to do but I think id have to keep my Remington 30-06 Sprg!

RE: Which Gun

Most people buy remingtons because they are cheap priced, sold at wallmart and are bought by cheap people. If the majority of the remingtonusers would shoot something else they probably would change. Like the ones that buy the remington 710 which is a piece of junk and cheapBut they are just die hard remington owners and would not buy anything else.

I would stick with my Winchester - High Wall Hunter, .325 WSM, It can take anything down worth hunting.

RE: Which Gun

Where the heck is Marlin in that list? I had to vote other because it wasnt there. I myself like the leverguns since they are much easier on my neck and shoulders to pack and they are so comforatable to bring up and shoot freestanding. My bolt action rifles shoot well but are a real pain in my neck to pack for more than a mile. Literally. So if I had to pick one rifle to keep over all others it would be my .44 Magnum 1894 Marlin levergun. Hard hitting, low recoil and makes a helluva hole.
