Winchester Mod 70 action, trued blotface, lapped locking lugs, controlled round feed, full legnth external extractor, Hart barrel, McMillan A-4/possibly A-5 stock, say in .270 Win, possibly 270WSM, consider .308 only because the military has about a billion of these rounds laying around and if I am down to one gun it has hit the fan, scavaging for ammo could be a challange in .270 WSM.
