one gun. I have to break from the pack . I would keep my Sig Sauer 226 9mm. It was the first I ever bought and I have had it for 15 years. If we are talking one to hunt with I would go with my Savage 111 30-06.

When i was a kid, i couldn't see any reason to handicap my self, so i carried a Savage 22 win mag/.410 O/U combination gun.

Now that i've grown up the "quality" of my gun has risen a bit! :>) So, i carry the only gun i'll ever really need, it's a Krieghoff Drilling!! I "always" have the right gun to cover all of my hunting needs right in my hands "all of the time"!!

"If" i had to only have one gun, my Krieghoff drilling would be it!!!

I choose remington because they are very accurate and reliable. I have a remington 700 adl synthetic .300 Winchester Mag.

I would take a Remington .270 700 BDL.

If I wanted an all around gun, I would take my model 1300 Winchester twelve guage. I could kill turkeys,deer,elk,moose or anything else that i had to. For bigger game, i could just use a slug. It shoots rifled slugs really well.:)

Shotgun-Couldn't leave behind the 870 super mag

rifle- remington 700 ADL .270 will kill any thing on the planet that has a hunting season.

But seriously whoever started this post has hurt me deep inside thinking about only ONE gun.. i really dont know what i would do

Only one gun????? Have to be a 30-06 its dynamic bullet selection is vast and well documented and will kill anything on the north american continet with the right bullet selection. Also ammo is easy to find as well. And most gun manufacturers make it. Just an opinion

I guess I'd keep the Thompson sub-machine, Then no one could take any of my others. ;)
