Any GERMAN LUGER fans on here with info??
 

.Im just wondering,did my brother trade a ole junky car for a small fortune,he traded for a mint german luger,1911 model,it is flawless,we dont no one thing about this pistol,but i seen at a web site,on here the same gun in less condition went at a collecters table.for a small amount of $1,5oo dollers,please give some info on this pistol if you can thanks...:)..

It depends if everything is matching what the value is .Some are a lot more than $1500.00 . There were some that came out of russia around 1995 that were rebuilt that went for $400 to 600 ,not matching #.They also had some with all matching serial # that were a lot more depending on condition . You would have to find someone that deals in them to get a fair price on it .LOL

well totoe, i too got a german luger mine is a 1914 in mint cond whith original holster,and all numbers match,had mine apprised at $1,500 so if the car was valued at that or below you made out ok , <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

there are several different versions,some of them are quite rare.There are even a couple made in 45 acp for U.S. military trials.I think there are several books on the subject.
