One of our hunting party just bought a CZ550 varmint 22-250 with a burris Black Diamond 8X32X50. WOW that thing is awesome to say the least.We laid all our varmint rifles out to look at
Ruger M77MKII target
savage 12 Varmint
remington 700 VT(Ithink)
Mine is thr ruger and it has a laminated stock and the remington has a wood stock both the savage and CZ have Poly or what everthey are.The CZ comes with a H-S and is rock solid.But I still like laminated.That rifle is as solid as I have seen,looked like a great machine!!!!

Dan, did you notice that Ruger doesn’t have the 220 Swift listed in there target rifles anymore...:eek:

Yea I did,I just dont see why more people havent caught on to using that round.I just love it!!! And its easy to reload.

I was considering looking at getting another 22 center fire at then end of this year and thought the 220 Swift might be it. Looks like the Remington’s VS SF II might be my only option and to say that they had a Ruger target on special in a 220 Swift this fall but just couldn't pick up the scratch for it...[>:]
