Need a new 243

Weatherby UL or Sako Hunter? Why?

Sako a thousand times over.

1" accuracy guarantee
Three large lugs instead of 6 or 9 little bitty lugs
Much smoother bolt operation
Bolt locks closed with the safety on but still allows you to unlockthe bolt by pushing a button in front of the safety and operate it with the safety still on.
Much better adjsutable trigger
Better stock design

SAKO...Weatherby's are a joke. My gunsmith once "blacked" all the locking lugs on a Weatherby rifle and then closed the bolt. Guess what? Several of the "locking lugs" never touched anything.:D:D Hopefully they might have snagged something and held before letting the bolt blow back thru a shooters head. But the bottom line is everything about Weatherby is hype and BS.

Being a proud owner of a few Sako’s and with all the good points bigbulls pointed out my choice would be Sako, although I don’t know too much about Weatherby and don’t care to...;)
