You buy a run of the mill 243 or 6mm Rem( will have to take off barrel and rethread)and have the chamber cut for that cartridge..it is a cleanup job or you can have a rifle built on it..that in a nutshell are your options

I had mine chambered on a 26" Douglas Premium grade barrel by Shebal's Gun Shop in Fairbanks, AK. There are many custom gunsmiths that have reamers for this caliber, as well as the ever-popular 6.5/284.

In your opinion, is there a minimum barrellength to be able to appreciate the 6.5 X 284? And what is the recommended twist for the 6.5 X 284?
