I think the tikka hands down is the best value out there. period. Both Cabelas and sportsmans wearhouse both carry Tikka. I have found with T3 Lite an other lightweight mags, that the rifle must fit you right in the showroom, otherwise it will come back on you a bit in the field. The 25.06 should not be an issue. I dont think you will be disappointed.
