Default QR Scope Mounts

Dose anyone on here use or have you used Leupold QR scope Mounts? Im thinking about getting them for my Tikka T3 in 300 WSM. Here in pa i only need a 2x-7x or 3x-9x scope but when i go to my moms house and alot of the target shooting i do i would like to have a little more magnification. So i was thinking if they work well then it would be a good idea to use them. Whats every ones input on these?

I had a set of the Leupolds on a 30-30. They would come loose during the time I shot at the range. They did return to zero though.

I use the Leupold QR rings on my 1895 Guide Gun and never have had a problem with them. If you do need to remove them they return to zero after reinstalling them. I have used Tally rings also with great results.

I use Leupold QR mounting system. after 400 rounds through my 340 Wby. Mag. one base broke, but Leupold replaced it right away. Good luck.

I use both the Leupold and Warne QD rings. Both work well, have never had any issues with them loosening. Return to zero is always acceptable, but I ALWAYS verify at the range.

It may be worth mentioning in case some are not aware, Leupold makes two systems. A QR base and ring system and they also make a QD ring. The QR system is a stand alone Leupold ring and base system. The QD rings are Weavers style base compatable.

Yea i want the Leupold QR system. I guess ill have to get some bases done for my Tikka since Leupold dosnt make them. They make blank 2 piece bases that my gunsmith will have to drill for my Tikka. Thanks for everyones input.

I use QRW rings, Leupold and Warne, on a few rifles with excellent results. Always have retained the zero when removing and returning the scope to the rifle.I think they're one of the best choices.
