Replace Synthetic stock for Vanguard

Can anyone recomend a good synthetic replacement stock for my Weatherby Vanguard 7mm? I would like something with a cheek plate. Will a different stock make a difference in felt recoil?

To simplify your reach any stock for the howa rifle in your action length will work.
