Accurizing a Mini 14

My mini shoots about 3" at 100 yards. Has anyone used any of the products from Accuracy Systems Gunsmith? The have barrels and harmonic stabilizers and a new tuneable boss system. The also have a Tuneable gas block to adjust how far the brass gets thrown and slow down the action. Does anyone have any other ideas. I was thinking about the tuneable gas block, it is only $90. I really don't want to spend a ton of money and shoot .25" groups. I would be happy with 1 to 2" groups.

Thanks

RE: Accurizing a Mini 14

I've rebarreled several mini 14s and bedded them with a drastic difference in improved accuracy. All of them went from 3"-4" at 100 yards to 1" or less. Of course that's assuming a good trigger job and match quality ammo.

Barrel, Trigger, and bed the action.
A Mini that will shoot better than an AR-15 is a fun gun to take to the range
